This little rascal surprised me,a inexpensive hat not usaully the type I work on!  Got thinking that some folks can't afford a good beaver hat but love cowboy style hats!  So here is a hat for you!   I have put my heart and hands into this gem because I know this will make someone really happy!  There ia a head for this hat you can be sure of that.  Reached into my bag of  tricks and came up with some familar signature touches I am pretty happy with the outcome!
